Are steamed vegetables better than regular ones?
Boiling vegetables makes them loose a lot of their vitamins and nutrients. Steaming helps to retain them.
In my opinion i liked steamed more but regular ones have more flavor. Steamed are much healthier though.
I think so... it's a personal preference I guess.
so this the guild to veggies raw are best for you. nutrients break down with heat. then broiled or roasted or baked steamed is #3 steamed and boiled has the lest amount of nutrients.
I like steam it's less hard to eat because I have braces :)
