Glad you asked. There's a variety of imposter exercises out there, but 2 of the best 'natural' one's are the lovely squat and the lunge. You may need a spotter for each, but it's important that you do them repeatedly. You'll know you did them right when you get that muscle burning right on the sweet spot.
YouTube any rock video, watch and repeat! You'll get the hang of it. OR do you mean " kickin" as in cool , good leg exercises?? , then see above ^^^^^. where is everyone going? you don't need a" spotter" if you aren't using a bar or heavy weights! where's the first stop?
