Need help with cooking time for Kraft Fresh Take coating mix for pork chops.
The instructions call for cooking at 375F for 24-26 minutes, but that's for 2-2 1/2 lbs. of 3/4 inch bone-in chops. I'm cooking four 4oz. boneless 1/2 inch chops. Can any if you cooking experts tell me what adjustment I should make because I know it's WAY easy to overcook pork chops. Thanks!
