Sleep, at the same bed time, and less Carbs. with not drinking coffee, with diet pop once every other or once a week, this is better for your teeth, teeth cleaning's are part of health, less sugar! but if you had to choose either ice cream fat or non fat,because it has not very many Carbs and diet pop because less sugar...these are things that my health practitioners in my life had said,dentist, chiropractor, and even doctor's say it like doctor Oz ,stay off of sugar. Carbs...turn also into sugar as we all know and than sugar on top, not a good candidate for your teeth, your teeth play a huge roll and dice game into your health! and I'm going to say this water, gives you the stability to combat the day all together so to let you know if you drink water it helps you think, eat and sleep, I usually by bottle because of the fact, I cannot stand it from tap, the taste, but the BPA in the plastic water bottle's over time are not suppose to be good for you, but it still sustains my energy, with giving that energy of the mind which gives me movement, which ends up into exercise, believe, me naturally like that! I have a hyper-disorder though...but still sugar DOES Slow ME down!
Do the South Beach Diet. Phase 1 targets belly fat; it lasts two weeks and can result in a 5 - 12 pound loss (depending upon age and gender). The second suggestion is walk. Walk every day starting with 20 minutes the first day and increasing it by 10 minutes every other day (or every day if you want more progress).
