My mom just FORCED me to eat 2 slices of pizza and I feel so gross! What do I do?

As I have now dropped below 100 pounds at 5'3" (yikes) my parents are trying to get me to eat more. Tonight, we ordered from Papa Johns Pizza, and my mom made me eat 2 slices of their thin crust pizza. It was SO gross and greasy, yet she would not let me leave without finishing it. I know I NEED to gain weight, yet I feel so terrible now! Is having two slices of their pizza really that bad? And what should I do to get rid of this terrible feeling?

A couple slices of pizza every now and again is not going to hurt you at all. It is when it becomes a main part of your diet that it isn't very good for you. All thing in moderation, heck even water can kill you if you drink way to much way to fast (like several gallons in an hr) Remind yourself that as long as you eat healthy MOST of the time, something like pizza or a burger or other greasy food is not going to do any damage. But you need to sit down with your family and formulate a plan for you to eat more and still eat healthy. Being too thin is also not healthy so let them know you want to gain some weight but you don't like the idea of greasy fatty foods.

It can kill you quickly if it's salt water or 100% pure water.

For a year or more you do no housework!!..I am sure that you will gain weight!(just saying)

Haha, I never do housework actually, I just love dancing and sports and do them at least twice a week

I weigh 85lbs and I'm 5'0. Dont worry you'll fill out and gain weight. lol im still waiting too. but just eat what you want and dont worry about it. Im very thin boned and though i have a little meat on my thighs. my arms are lie toothpicks! eat healthy fats and protien and keep exercising so that the fat wnt go to all the wrong places.

If you need help just ask. I'll tell you what i eat on a reg. basis and my exercise routine. I've gained 7.lbs in the past 2 months. Its a hard and tedious task to gain weight. but if you need help just comment below. i'd be happy to help! :)

Ok! here goes!

breakfast: 1-2 pieces of multigrain toast with Nutella (healthy carbs and fats) and a glass or 2 of milk

Lunch: water or sweet tea. but when im @ school i eat homemade pizza,spagetti,chips,or something unhealthy. Lunch is the only time when I dont care what I eat. but I usually just eat whatever someone doesnt want @ my lunch table which is usually homecooked meals. Which are the best bc they are from scratch. but watch the processed foods!

Dinner: homecooked food! an ideal meal would be beef tips and rice with gravy,green beans,rolls, and sweet tea, just try to eat homecooked foods

if your mom doesnt cook. try experimenting with cooking!

people say fats are bad and carbs are too but the healthy ones arent. like u dont want to get your fats and carbs from a packaged cheese danish. but you DO want it from nutella (healthy fat) and multigrain toast (carbs), just keep in mind the healthy and unhealthy.

and its NOT bad to have a piece of greasy fat food pizza every once in a while. it makes me feel better. bc i say to myself "ive ONLY ate 2 pieces of this greasy junk in this whole month!" it makes me proud. so dont worry about it. your not gonna get fat! :)

excersing:
basketball (pe)
run a half or a whole mile (when i get home)
and i play volleyball when its in season.
dont try to run a whole lot bc it burns off calories like crazy!

Thanks a bunch! Gaining weight is scary for me, but I am getting there.
This looks sorta like my meal plan, although I need to change mine as I have lost another pound.
Lets see, for breakfast I have high fiber instant oatmeal, prepared with about half a cup of milk, and some green tea. I looooove oatmeal.

Then I have a granola bar, or a piece of bread around 10-ish on school days, as my metabolism is super fast.

Lunch differs, usually I will have a piece of bread, a slice or two of deli meat or some peanut butter, carrots, and fruit. I think it is with lunch that I struggle the most with, seeing as I worry about what is for dinner. My mum packs way more, I just tend to pick of the cheese and give people other parts of my lunch. Today I had beans in maple sauce. Soooo goood.

When I get home, I drink a Boost meal replacement drink. I try and get myself to drink the whole thing, yet sometimes I pour half of it down the sink because I am too afraid of eating too much.

Supper is whatever my mom makes. Usually something like pasta, or chicken, veggies, and potatoes. My family is a lover of comfort food, burgers, pizza, which is why I get really anxious about supper. My mum understands, but she still makes me finish my plate when I would normally eat about half.

And that's really it, sometimes I will have a cookie, or some chocolate. I also drink plenty of water throughout the day. Before bed I have cereal, veggies, or fruit.

Seeing as I dance, take part in musicals, have gym, do strength training, and walk everywhere, this really isn't enough food. But hey, I am getting there.
Thanks for giving me an example of your meal plan, it was very helpful to see what other gainers are eating a day :)

Your mom is doing what's best for you. It sounds like you have anorexia, and your mom is right, you need to gain weight. It's either be thin for a few months and die, or eat healthy and live for many many years. I know this sounds harsh, but it's the truth. My best friend died of anorexia. So please, eat and get help

i eat healthy and high calorie foods and i lost about 5lbs and my weight has been up and down. ive finally steadied my weight. she could b like that too! you never know. dont jump to conclusions.

No not at all my average eating amount of pizza is 5-6 slices and I'm only "5-6" 110 pounds

...MY mom force me to eat 2100 calories a day and i gained a pound on two days. Sorry i dont know what to do...its terrible

That's not bad at all! you should have at least two pizzas anyway! unless they're too greasy... But overall that's a good dinner. Don't be afraid. And if you need to gain weight, don't rush it... enjoy your life with all the clothes that definitely fit you! surely anything looks good on you and fits! She's your mom. She is the best person to talk to and listen to!
