Can you help me Solve x²+8x+12=0 and 9x²-4=0?

Factor them. Then solve them.
1). x^ + 8x + 12 =
(x + 2)(x + 6) =
x + 2 = 0. or. x + 6 = 0
x = -2. x = -6
x = -2 or -6. ANSWERS.
2). 9x^ - 4 = 0
(3x + 2)(3x - 2) = 0
3x+2=0. or 3x-2=0
x = -2/3. x = 2/3
x = -2/3 or 2/3. ANSWERS

and i thought algebra 1 was hard algebra 2 is just difficult

1) (x+6)(x+2)=0
2) (3x+2)(3x-2)=0
I think those are the answers... I leaned this in Algebra 1 and forgot a lot. Sorry if I'm wrong. I'm pretty sure I'm correct though
