First of all thanks to anyone who reads this and answer it,i really appreciate it :). Ok so here is the thing, Recently i have alot of quizzes and tests in such short period of time, but the thing is i can't focus on studying, like eveytime i pick the book to study, i feel tired and depressed for no reason and then i see myself distracted by reading some books or watching t.v instead of studying -_- its silly i know but its been going on for a while now. So when i get back from school i try to study then but i end up sleeping for an hour or so because i feel tired, after that when i wake up i become in such a rush to study thinking that i am wasting my time and then i feel frusterated because there is so much to study and little time.I dont know when is the best time to study, a time where your NOT tired and where you CAN focus. Should i cut the habit of sleeping after coming from school and study instead? or should i stay awake at night and study then?(but maybe it will affect my sleep!) or how about i study at evening? i practically have a quiz each day and its so stressful! Please if you know or experinced this please tell me! its affecting my grades at school, and thanks for anyone who answered :D
