I need to get my splits down for dance class. What's a quick way to get the splits?
I have my splits:) when ur watching t.v do leg streches during each commercial. Continue to push urself a TON u might start to get sore but tht means it's working! Good luck

To get your splits down for dance class you have to try and stretch multiple times a day. Each day you should do something, more than the previous day. Start with warm ups it makes your body flexible and then stretch.
