How can I transfer everything from my iPhone to iTunes without loosing anything?

my computer with my itunes stuff broke and I lost everything.. luckily I still have it on my phone, how can I transfer it to itunes without loosing everything?

All you have to do is sync your iPhone to iTunes and all your information will be on iTunes. You can go to http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1296 if you need help with the syncing bit.

Talk to one of the Geniuses at the Apple Store--my daughter had the same thing happen, and they told her what to do and how, in detail.
