Don't starve yourself! Short term its rewarding. Long-term you'll destroy your body and hate the way it looks. Stop eating dairy and soda and sugar. Add in dark leafy greens. The body needs nutrients. Things like veins, are a symptom for something greater that is not healthy. And if you do starve yourself....drink lots and lots of water or else the toxins will stay inside the body and pollute and poison it and then it really won't look good.

Starving yourself is like trying to drive a car without oil or gas. Sooner than later your heart and other vital organs will be so damaged and malnourished that you will be in real trouble!
Food is fuel for the body.
Eat healthy w proteins, fruits and veggies. Plenty of water too.

Yes it could. If you are not eating enough, your veins tend to collapse and get thinner. You should see a doctor and get help or treatment if necessary.
