When prayer and other speak of the "Life to come" as God leads us to believe, does that mean we come back to earth again as a child?

I have not met one person that has previously lived on Earth that is living now? The people that are better than everyone else in intelligence and IQ do not say they have lived on Earth before. Yet God says these people he made more intelligent and succeeding in life he calls "Angels" not because they help but because they are better

There is no Biblical reincarnation if thats what you are talking about. The "life to come" that God speaks about is life in heaven (where ever and what ever form it takes) with Him in our spiritual heavenly forms or 'bodies'.

God tells me about my next life and it sounds like I'll be Earth again because "my time hasn't come yet" to go to heaven?

Possible. But what I think you are refering to is re-incarnation. Some folks (a lot) think when they die they return to earth in another body or life form. It is not a Christian belief though. General George Patton and a lot of smart folks believed in that.

But then there would be people around Earth speaking about their first life and how it was compared to their new life or second life etc.

People who believe in reincarnation have moments of "de ju vouir" episodes where they feel they experienced something once before in a previous life. They will visit Paris, for example, and have very strong feelings they were they in a previous life. Even to the point where they know where a particular street leads. But yes your correct. Shirley macClaine, the actress, and others talk on this a lot.

what though, is the point if reincarnation exists but you lose all your memories... you're memories are who you are..

Yes, but, memories of what you were before are irrelevant if you are a new being. But the point is not all your memories are erased. Obviously, through de ja vou, you must retain something to even experience that phenomenum. Reincarnation is evolving into something better till you attain perfection. That's the stuff these folks who believe in it say and hope is true.

The life to come... I believe God has great things waiting for us. Life here on earth is temporary, but through Jesus we can enjoy an eternal life. I don't really understand your question or how the details relate to your question but that's what I can say about the life to come.

Each religion will give you a different answer. I can only state the basics of christians. The bible mentions heaven over 600 times.
When a christian dies their spirit rises to the Lord. The body remains in the grave. Scripture says : to be absent from the Body is to be present with the Lord.
Christ will teturn one day to destroy satan & the evil he has put upon the earth. All those that are alive & believers in christ will be changed & given a spiritual body that never dies.
Those that have refused Christ will be separated from Christ to live with satan.
Scripture says "I go to prepare a place for you& if I go i will return & where I am, you will be with me.
Also :
For God so loved the world he gave His only Son , that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
No new spiritual bodies until death or the return if Christ.
