Can you give clindamycin hcl 150mg to a large dog for an infection?

No, get a valid prescription written specifically for your pet by your vet. Otherwise, you could easily kill a beloved friend. :(

If it has not been prescribed for the dog, no. Same as with humans - you don't give your prescription to someone else just because they have the same symptoms that you did.

you should just ask a vet because if its not prescribed for the animal then it can cause an elergic reactions or even death
