Is it legal/ok to have a pet crow?

my little brother has a baby crow..is it legal to have a pet crow and do crows carry any harmfull parasites on them..

its probably illegal. can you answer me....how did he get one ? i've always wanted one as an outdoor pet. they are extremely intelligent !

the baby fell off the nest in my backyard..so i told him and he went back there and got it

its a virus. mosquitos also carry it.

The are protected by the federal migratory bird something or other. So yes it's illegal
