If a circle has the diameter of 2 cm then what is the radius?

the diameter is a straight line passing from side to side through the center like you said it is 2cm the radius is half of the diameter so half of 2 is 1 the answer is 1cm

Report as
The diameter is the furthest distance from one side of a circle to the other intercepting the center right? So just half that or take the distance from the center to any of the sides.
Report as
Not sides, to any part of the circumference.
