The straddle, the butterfly and you can look online some more or you can go to a gym. I am a pro at cheering and gymnastics so I am so flexible and I am really good at that stuff!

Everyday my cheer coach told me to go into each split (left, right, and middle) for 1 min. You do 3 sets of them each day and you will do splits in less than a month :) It helped me
