You must eat to lose weight. Just eliminate the fast food. Eat normal, salad, rice, beans, chicken. No fried, no soda, and NO alcohol which ruins your digestive system and food wont digest well becoming pure fat. Keep metablism burning the fat in your body, how? Eat the same amount, just spread the food. Instead of 3 meals a day, eat 6 small meals a day. To fuel your metabolism. After a while you will have a nice natural metabolism and burning fat better. Walk/jog once a week in the morning. Drink alot of water to keep your body functioning well. Sleep and rest. The entire point of losing weight is to be healthy, if you are going to stop eating to lose weight, you are beating the entire point. And just eating salad is like not eating. Youll get sick. Drink LOTS of water every day.... I know it might sound irrelevant but it's not it cleans out the fat, also stick to the healthier foods eg. salad... what I did was eat salad with chicken and different kinds of fruit and cheese and stuff like that so I got a whole meal :) also everyone says just excercise but just by doing stairs or walking with a friend is good enough its just to tighten up that loosened muscle that you haven't worked with in a while :) I hope it works! Losing weight is all about you taking in less calories (energy) than you burn,
It is a good idea to eat smaller portions, however if you eat too little, your body will try and conserve energy, and store more fat. The goal is to stop before you get that "Full" feeling, as by that time you have already eaten too much.The one exception to this is the Breakfast, after a long night with no food, a good large breakfast is needed to stop your body from going into its conservation mode.
Do not eat food with low nutritional value, and lay off the sugar.
The other side of the coin of course is exercise, the more the better really so long as you body can handle it, it is possible to over exercise, and whatever you decide to do must always be started in moderation. It is best to find an exercise that you love to do. The best exercises are good long swims, or weight lifting, not only do they burn a large amount of energy over a short period of time, but both of them lead to muscle repair that can continue a day or so after the actual exercise, and muscle repair burns lots of energy.
Don't eliminate healthy stuff from your diet. Add fruits and other sources of fiber. that helps your digestive system to work better. If you decide to start dieting, only stop taking the afternoon meal. take a strong breakfast, a cup of milk, porridge. also drink mixture of honey and water. add a light snack to your meals...that should include a cup of milk and some light biscuits. take a good dinner. reduce intake of fried stuff (obviously), rice, chocolates, red meat. and spare 45minutes each day for a good walk (walking is more effective than jogging) good luck :)

Your energy isn't focused anymore on digesting the food you have eaten, it can be used for concentration, studying and learning. what i been doing is eating half of everything i eat like dinner lets say your eating pizza eat one or if your eating steak cut it in half and eat that half and i go for at least an hour bike ride sense its going into winter i would go to a gym
Don't try to be too skinny for your frame. Don't let a BMI chart, or some anorexic Minnie Mouse tell you what you should weigh! If you need to take off pounds, not just 1-10, but 25-400..Drink WATER, good ol H2O will help you fight those cravings, most of us are actually dehydrated and our body confuses hunger and thirst! Drink so much water that it is annoying how often you have to go to the restroom! Second, Count Calories..your body is a product of how many calories you put in your mouth and how many calories you burn. You must eat a minimum of 1000 calories a day for your body not to go into starvation mode (I aim for 1200-1500 as a 6'6" tall man)..that is when it starts cutting the calories it burns by living because it thinks that you have a lack of food to put in your mouth. I use MyFitnessPal to help count calories..it is easier than you think if you force yourself to do it every day (even the bad ones). Third, Move More! well the best information i can give you is that to just be very healthy.eat/drink what you should be eating/drinking like the food guide tells you too.exercise for an hour everyday.drink lots of water and generally be very healthy.
Drink water instead of soda or juice.Get an hour of exercise everyday. Try to do things that might be fun so you don't get bored and quit. For instance, playing basketball, riding your bike, or even dancing! Change it up. I lost like 12 pounds during the summer doing this. :)
First off to to remember that that losing weight is easier for some people than others. Te first main thin you need to do is cut back on the snacks and fatty foods you may eat during meals. Also quit eating desserts or having drinks like soda, even if it's diet. Next you need to get out as excercise as much as possible.
