Keep sucking on that orange peel, but seriously motivation is the best thing, keep track of your weight and have pictures or a journal it will help

Sounds like you are more stressed than depressed over the current situation. Set reasonable, attainable goals on a daily basis. Ex. - (1) Frequency of workouts, (2) Types of workouts, (3) Diets or food changes you can live with rationally. (4) Supplements, (5) Reasonable weight loss (No one becomes overweight overnight, so be realistic, no loses the poundage overnight.) If you only lost 1 lb. of weight every week for a full year that would be 52 lbs. loss. During this time your muscle density increases which helps with weight loss, endurance increases, Self - Esteem increases, etc. Commit to being totally vigilant for 3 months. (1) First month is a bear (2) Second month endurance soars. (3) "I Believe You Can Fly" and you will. Good Luck.

Go look up forums where morbidly obese people post up their struggles with weight related health difficulties and read that stuff. I had type 2 diabetes and was able to reverse it by diet...and when that failed and I was feeling put upon and deprived, I'd just go hit 'Overeaters Anonymous' forums and get some perspective. Worked like a charm. And if you're really feeling punished (which I did; everybody else could have pizza but me!) I'd go look up 'effects of long-term diabetes' in Google's picture search. That $hit will motivate the hell out of you.
