1st...pick a quit date. it allows your mind to mentally prepare to quit....then when the day comes stop smoking. If you need help use the patch or something like that. But i think the key part is setting the quit date. Saw it on a Dr. Oz show & i'm now 4 yrs smoke free:)
booboo .....please do what ever it takes for you to quit. my Dad is dieing from esophagus cancer right now. the cancer has eaten right through his esophagus ........he's all drugged up cause of the pain.......doctors give him a few more days .......it's sad to watch .....my poor Mom ........she's heart broken ........please quit.
Smoking "1" in a row is bad. On November 11th, I'll be smoke free for one month. Set a quit date. Talk to Nafta (he's the one who convinced me to stop). Get rid of all the triggers. You can do it if you really want it. Good luck!
