Any ideas for healthy breakfasts?

I can't eat fried stuff like omelettes, or waffles or bagels or toast in the mornings for some reason - it makes me feel nauseated. Preferably under 200 calories, I can't seem to eat a lot in the morning and I'm going for 1200 cals per day. Thanks.

Try a banana and some oatmeal,(: maybe use a little bowl to control portion size or maybe the whey protein shake in the morning? It's not like other nasty protein shakes I really recommend the whey one (: it fills u up and u can take it on the go .(:

eat plenty fruits and drink milk eat cereal ect.

Yogurt with fruit and granola. It is really good and healthy. Also some V8 juice.

eggs are reallly good for you, fruit, cereal, e.tc. Bascially anything you eat fr breakfast is fine, like chocolate and soda, that would be no. But eating breakfast is really good for you, no matter what you eat, to a extent.

I usually eat a bowl of cereal that is half granola on the bottom and half corn flakes on top. I hate soggy corn flakes. Which reminds me... fat free milk.
