No, there is no way to delete past questions or content on this site.

When you report an Ask user,their account will be reviewed under one of the Ask mods. working to see if it's violating/not following towards the community guidelines and thus if yes,be removed.

No,"we ask users" cannot delete it.
But..the Ask moderators CAN.

No, you can't delete a posted question or answer or comment you done. Only the moderators are able to do that if the post is against the community guidelines.
But In case if you don't know...for your recent questions and answers you can edit them if you want through 15 mins only from posting them.

The only way is to completely close your account, engage the ASK ERASER function, and then not return to the site for two weeks before trying to open a new account. Hope this helps.
