Why does my milk smells like sweet corn and is it safe to consume?
Some dairy cattle are fed on sweet corn, or fermented silage. That can transfer a smell and taste to the milk. If the milk doesn't smell sour, try a small sip or two. You'll know if its bad. :)
Sweet corn? A bit odd don't you think? I would lick the milk first, then drink it if it tastes ok.
when in doubt throw it out
Don't take that chance
Look at the sell by date and see if it has exspired, milk is susposed to be digestable 7 days after the exspiration date, but if it smells funny, I would be safe and not drink it, throw it away, be safe not sorry.
It's. sour throw it out
