I got punched in the abdomen and just started my period(i think)should i be worried?

I'm kinda worried i have internal bleeding

If you started bleeding immediately after being punched you should visit a doctor to check you out. The punch could have ruptured small vessels located on the back of the uterine walls, causing the vaginal bleeding.
