Not really. You might just be washing your hair too much. It's recommended you only shampoo your hair about twice a week. Or if you recently colored it, that might be another reason. If you're seriously considered, you could go to your family doctor and tell them.
Ummm..either you should immediately change your shampoo or go and see a hair doctor (i don't know what a hair doctor is called.) I don't think it's normal. I'm 13 and my hair has never fallen out in the shower. I recommend Tresseme.
SunnyDays is right, I think. I don't know what you mean by "alot" but don't shower every day. If you do, stop. It may sound gross but it's actually healthy: shower once every two days. That lets all of the oil and everything from your body do what it's supposed to do. Oily hair is healthy as long as you wash it once every two days and it won't become limp if you do.
Now if ALOT alot of hair is coming out definitely see a doctor.
Try not to stress out about it because that will agrivate your biological systems and presumably make it worse. You're really pretty anyway (this coming from a fifteen year old boy) so don't sweat it too much! :)
Oh, and Mike has a great piece of info in SunnyDays's answer.
It can be normal. If you brush your hair less often (like when you have product or curl it) it is going to seem like your loosing a lot of it when you wash it. It is true it's better to only wash your hair every other day but if you use a lot of styling products washing it every day can reduce damage and buildup. In cosmetology school we learnt that you will lose an average amount (sorry can't remember the number) of hairs every day. I have the same problem as well n have had for a while. No problems here. I'd say as long as your not losing enough to cause bald patches don't worry about it.

When some of the girls are talking about only showering I hope they assume you know it's the washing the hair process. You should still shower, just don't wash your hair. Otherwise you start to stink bad after 2 days.
Increase your iron intake. When I was pregnant and breast feeding I would know if I needed to take more iron (as recommended by my GP) when I was losing a lot of hair. Talk to a pharmacist about the best iron supplements to use, or you could try eating liver pate (yuck) or other iron rich foods.
I think maybe stress can cause hair loss as well. I am 23 years old and my hair has been falling out a lot in the shower. I am not sure though how to answer the question whether it being normal or not.
Hi, I completely understand how conscious you are regarding hair fall. However, we can rectify the problems by just adopting few measures as you can include proteins rich sources in your diet that would help you in hair growth. You can assist some herbal creams or ointments as well. One of my little sister found a website year ago http://www.hairsurgeries.com/ that helps her a lot in curing her hair fall problems and at present she feels very happy in sharing her experience with everyone who are facing the problem of hair fall.
