CANDY CANDY AND MORE CANDY! I learned it the hard way on Halloween. I ate the leftover candy and had way too much. I ended up feeling like a walking zombie the next day, I smashed into my locker at school so it means I was half asleep! XD
Don't eat chocolate for bedtime. Your really not suppose to. Because your stomach might get pains or other problems heart burn or pain etc. What i would suggest is maybe some ritz cheese crackers or plain crackers or salt crackers. Maybe a banana too. Or other suggestions popcorn, pretzels. Cookie would upset your stomach or pain in any way etc. Have a good healthy snack! Chips wouldnt hurt maybe a tiny bit of chips if you really wanted.
