Im 16 and i weigh 196lbs how can i loose 46lbs quick?

It depends on how quick. Exercise (cardio) and diet ( 3 meals a day that include fruits and vegetables and healthy snacks). Also, cut back on your portions. Park in the last/end parking place and always take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Swimming is one of the best exercises. Good Luck!

Well at 59 and almost 200lbs I would work on just getting my body into fitness rather than worrying about my weight. Reason being is that you are still growing and you don't want to mess that up by not eating or starving yourself. Start with a light weight program in the evening and some running or walking 30 min in the morning prior to eating. Do this 3 times a week to start and then after about 3 months make it 4 times a week. Start watching your sugar intake and don't eat anything past 5pm in the evening. Try to spread your meals out over 5 to 6 meals rather than 3. These items will prepare you for life of fitness, get your body in good physical shape, and you will feel better. Quick weight loss is not the answer trust me.

If you eat ten meals a day, of portions like a banana or yogurt exercise. It will all just come right off, but you have to really follow threw with it!

Remember to love your body. Remember only inner beauty counts. But i go to the YMCA to work out, do the tread mill, yoga, running and walking are the best. If you drink pop lay off of it. In one year of me drinking pop i gained 100 lbs, yes that is alot. But hope this helps. And one more thing don't eat anything WHITE.....

try the HCG diet - I am on day 9 and down 9 lbs! - google it - then check with your Dr -

Eat healthy and do a good amount of exercise and if that doesn't help have your thyroid checked it may sound crazy but if you have a thyroid problem it slows down your metabolism and makes it hard to loose weight.

The 3day lose 10lbs military diet works. It's not that bad ethier u do eat real food I have done this and many friends too with proven results. But this is just a kick start..u need to do cardio and watch what your putting in your mouth. Oh and drink lots of water!!!
