Feelings of panic at certain situations. Feelings of dread. Many different physical symptoms. Cold sweats. Heavy sweating. Nausea flu like feelings. Difficulty breathing. And I'm sure many more. I've suffered with that for many years. It's no fun.
i have to take meds for anxiety, i have what is called (Social Anxiety Disorder) it feels like your going to die, but in reality that is your imagination thus making you have more anxiety. Chess pain, Chess tightness, sometimes you cant even eat food like i was a few months ago. You should go to doctors, maybe they will give you meds like me, but i hope they dont, i become so attached to the pills that i cant even go a day without them. There are practices to relieve your anxiety, breathing slowly and thinking positive works well. Try to stay away from coffee and high sugary stuff.
