so you put height in form, and weight in meters, different. oh, and to answer your question, you can work out and do exercise, and just eat healthier. my friend made her own diet, everytime she was thirsty, she put about 1-2in juice (i guess about 2-5 cm), and the rest water, and she stated to eat better, and she lost 40lb.
