Why do we get headaches?

I got a blasting headache today, I ate and that didnt make me feel better. Why do we get them?

We get headaches sometimes because we hang around annoying people

Change in the weather, usually is a factor. Sometimes, it could also be a lack of fluids in your body, urging you to drink more water.

Lots of reasons, tension, sinuses, poor diet. Try taking a hot shower, it helps a good portion of headaches.

Ibuprofen helps. But it could be hunger, stress, lack of sleep, you might be sick, there are a lot of reasons, those are just the ones I could think of off the top of my head.

I base various aches and pains (esp. mental) off how well i slept the previous night
