Report as

Gerrymandering can be described as a practical that tries to create a political benefit for a particular group during the process of creating electoral districts. The relationship between census and gerrymandering is that based on the information of census, census congressional districts are redrawn. States that gain population might get more districts than they had before, and states that lose population might get less.
