Can i have one bad food day a week and still be good on my diet? I eat about 1000 calories or less weekdays weigh 120 wanna get down 120

So if in the week days and sunday, i ate 1 cup pineapple and oatmeal (about 200 cal total breakfast) then for lunch i have a salad with avocado, dressing, tomatoes, chicken (about 100-150 calories) then some carrots (about 40 cal) then ill get home and maybe eat some of the healthier trail mix another 150 calories then eat dinner like another 300 cal. And one day like saturday i eat more like not really junk food but i just eat more. And i would eat about 1500 calories would that be bad? Right now im 130 lbs and im trying to get down to 120 as soon as possible. let me know what i should do!!! Thanks!

It would be harmless to alter your diet in the middle of the program. However, this is highly discouraged as it may interfere with the program. You can visit a nutritionist for more tips on how to balance your diet.

One day a week you can have anything you want without ruining you diet, but don 't eventually stretch it to two days. and I mean pretty much anything If you eat like that.
