Does this sound like a good diet plan for a 14 year old active girl who dances 6 days a week for 3-4.5 hours?

breakfast: Special K cereal with red berries and a cup of skim milk. lunch: strawberry Nutrigrain bar, apple, 1/2 cup of stony field banilla yogurt. snack: nature valley oats n honey granola bar. dinner; whatever my parents made and some veggies

I agree. You are very young and from what you've said, you are extremely active. Based on what you're eating, I'd say you do not have a high enough caloric intake. Also seem to be lacking lots of nutrients/food groups in your diet that are essential for growth.
this is a calorie calculator. probably more of a rough estimate but:

I know that things like dairy are "high cal" or fat, but they are rlly important for developing bones so that you don't have issues when you're older, like osteoporosis. Skim milk and almond milk are good alternatives to 1%. Consult your doctor about diet though- they know what's good/not :)

Uhhmm, personally I'd say that doing a diet kind of thing at 14 is kind of a hassel, and could develop bad eating habits later down the road.

I'm not a nutritionist or anything, though. I'm just stating my opinion.

Not a actually healthy diet. Try real fruits, vegetables and lean proteins with a small amount of healthy carbs.
