this might sound crazy but i actually like to watch a funny tv show such as modern family or friends it actually calms me down... or you can try getting really cuddly by putting on some socks, a bathrobe, comfy pajamas, and then prop yourself up on your bed with some pillows, cuddle up under the blanket, and read a good book with a cup of tea/hot cocoa... i also find this extremely relaxing! good luck!
