I bought 5 laptops in a little less than two years. I bought them all from Best Buy and would highly suggest them. Don't buy them from Wal-Mart, when I was doing my research, hardly any of them had the Dual processor, memory, or ram like the one's at Best Buy. Wal-Mart's are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The one's I bought from Best Buy, were either Acer's or Toshiba's and not a single one of them were over $600. Make sure to do your research.
newegg.com. Asian swag- trust me go there. Acer is a great brand and I got mine for cheap when its an immaculate laptop still running like a champ after 3-4 years because I was able to buy state of the art for cheap.
I agree, I've done a lot of business with best buy. Great service, great products, & incredible return or exchange policies. But if you are somewhat educated in PC's, you can find a great deal for a quality PC @ Walmart.
I bought a Toshiba laptop there 6 months ago, it was the best one they had & I'm sure there's even better one's now, but I've had absolutely no problems. price was $500 at both stores, but Walmart had it on sale for about $430.
whatever you do protect it. Norton antivirus has stopped 20 or so, virus threats. and I'm constantly downloading stuff.
