Not at all, as long as you don't drink too much of it. Green tea is healthier than black as it has more antioxidants and less caffeine. Just make sure to drink at least an equal if not greater amount of water to lessen its effect on your kidneys; the tannic acid in tea can contribute to certain kinds of kidney stones.
It's not bad or strange ! Tea is good for you ! There are so many good teas that are good for your health ! I drink Birch Leaf tea in the morning as a natural statin , and Dandelion/Yarrow tea in the afternoon to help clean out toxins from my meds ! Tea is good for you ! Research it some and see how many do good things for your body and mind !
