i havent run or jogged for 3 years wuts the best way to start without getting a heartattack? am i suppose to start running right away?

If you have any health problems, I would see my doctor first if you are doing more than brisk walking.

walk first, and stretch, then light jogs, then run

if i get sore do i stop for one day or keep doing it everyday?

you will get sore, means it is working. but if you are sore in the wrong places then it is a problem, kind of like lifting weights. but, i would say do it every other day, and dont eat fast food, or smoke or anything. will increase stamina faster and have you sprinting in no time.
