lately I have been getting 9 hours of sleep but the moment I wake up I'm tired. my brain goes off topic and I'm easily angered.Help!

9 Hours is too much, what you are doing is called oversleeping, you are sleeping so much that your body wants to just sleep more, its the reason they say "get your 8 hours" not 9 or 10 or 11 or 7... you can train your body to live on anything under 8 hours eg 5,6,7 but anything over and you will be tired again

When I get anything less than 9 hours I get angry and tired but thanks for trying to help

Actually, no matter how old you get, you still need the same amount of sleep as when you were a baby. That would be about the same as a cat.

You could need to take vitamins or have a better diet. It could be part of adolescence if you are that age. If you drink anything caffeinated, stop. That often has a bad effect on me, at least, similar to the one you describe.

u sound just like me, try having a shower/bath as soon as u get out of bed, it helps me when i feel like destroying something

Are you tired? Are you yawning? It could be because you're not getting enough sleep. To see how much sleep you need go here:

Also maybe you should change some bad habits you may have.
