What should I do to help my wrist pain?
im trying to get my back walkover but I went into a standing bridge the other day and I hurt my wrists really bad! if I push the top of my wrist, it kindof feels as if it's bruised! I resisted it for a few days and it went away and then I did another standing bridge and they hurt again! I need to get my walkover in ten days and I cant even do a standing bridge! PLEASE HELP!!!! :(
