Well a good way to remove acne is Proactive and if you don't want to pay or have a problem paying wash your face every night with a sponge. Rub your face and DONT USE SHAMPOO JUST WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it really works. It worked for me.
Toothpaste is USELESS and leaves scars!!! The best way to get rid of acne is to be ten years older! All teenagers get some form of acne because they are growing through a hormonal storm, which is adolescence. The answer truly is to eat real food and drink more water - fresh vegetables and fruit, much less meat and nothing sugary at all. An effective method you can use is to make up a Calendula Tea - a third of a cup of chopped up Calendula flowers (Marigold, Calendula officinalis) topped up with boiling water - cool and strain. Cleanse the affected area daily (cotton wool helps) and make up fresh Calendula Tea once a week. I suggest you book an appointment with a Naturopath, Herbalist or Homeopath and they will guide you towards a beautiful complexion.
Amazon.com has many low-cost books that will help with teenage acne. “The Clear Skin Diet” by Alan C. Logan and Valori Treloar. “Acne: Facing Up to a Teenage Torment” by Robert Silverstein and Lee Ames & Zak Ltd. “Breaking Out: A Woman's Guide to Coping with Acne at Any Age” by Lydia Preston and Tina Alster. “Acne For Dummies” by Herbert P. Goodheart.
Chocolate does not worsen acne, so don't listen to anyone that says that. Your best option is to wash day and night and DO NOT keep changing your wash keep the same wash for your face. Use a moisturizer and ALWAYS wear sunscreen before going out (even if its cloudy.) Also, you cannot get rid of acne completely it is a natural phase and sometimes takes years maybe even decades to get the type of skin you desire. Even when you think your acne is gone acne can still reappear. Also, wearing make-up to bed will not worsen acne. Truely, it is an old wives tale. And if you find a mask that you love wearing apply that after washing and before mousturizing at least 2 times a week. Use washes that say non-comedegenic and make-up that also says non-comedegenic. Hope the routine down below works for you! P.S. I'm not confused about skin care I'm very close to an expert on skin. Another thing you could do is to use a toner, it makes your pores smaller, but if you do use a toner apply it with a cotton pad or ball before you moisturize.
Depending on condition: Minor acne can be treated or maintained by most over the counter solutions. Most common solutions are, Neutrogena Rapid Clear Toner, and Neutrogena Rapid Clear Lotion, and Neutrogena Rapid Clear Facial Wash. It's best if you use those three solutions. Wash your face twice a day with the Neutrogena Rapid Clear Facial Wash, preferably, Morning and Night. Then use the Neutrogena Rapid Clear Lotion throughout the day to smooth out your skin, and reduce redness, then at night, before bed, use the Neutrogena Rapid Clear Toner. Then repeat these steps every day. This will help with only minor acne.
Severe acne can be only treated by a Dermatologist. The only treatment that actually works but can be risky is Acutane, or generic, Claravis. This treatment, which takes 6 months, actually works, but a lot of side effects, and severe dryness of the skin.
FIRST OF ALL PLEASE go to the dermatologist.. . . each acne in each person is caused by different reasons. And only a dermatologist. could know what to give you. Facts: Chocolate does Not make acne go worse But Whipped Cream does. so remove whipped cream from your diet fast as you can. Drink A lot of water. but remember to go to the dermatologist
