I'm confused...this question is about my crush, please answer. thanks (sorry if it's too long)

I'm just gonna call him Adam, because i dont know if he's on Ask.com.
OK, he knows i love him, and he said he doesnt feel the same way, but we're still friends. but now, he's flirting with me...
by flirting i mean -
asking me questions like, are you the jealous type?
do you want ME for x-mas?
do you wanna come home wit me?
And when we're on the school bus ride home, he puts his head on my shoulder or lap, or holds my hand, or tries to tickle me.
Do you think after he's gotten to know me better, he likes me now?

Definitely yes, I should know I see it happen almost every day. But, make sure you flirt back so he knows you are interested, and wait for HIM to make the first move. But, if he doesn't then he is waiting on YOU to make the first move
