no, but I have seen it happen. It makes me very mad because I understand that it is not the best payed job or the most prestigious in the world, but there is something called pride in your work place and if you are not happy with your work then quit and go somewhere else. The customers, like me, don't need to see your long ugly face and your horrible customer service!....Wow...*clears throat*.....I guess...I guess I was holding that one in for a while huh?. lol, but work on customer service is 85% great attitude towards the customer.

No. There suppose to have good customer service skills. && good communication. They should work there if they can't do a simple task

No, they should get fired if they do. I went to burger king and there was this teenage chick there and she was incredibly disrespectful. She would tisk and roll her eyes. She was older than me yes but even I know how to treat people with respect!

Unless they are the king or queen or member of the royal FATmily, they can't. Those peasants and citizens should behave in the kingdom.

Please call the main customer service # listed on your receipt or bag, or drink cup. I have them all in contacts. I hope you don't think bad of me but I complain about any infraction. Then they send me free meal coupons. Please don't tell me I'm bad I already know. I've even complained a about pants-dragging home boys. Oh and be dramatic ie I bring my kids and aging grandma we will not return if this is not corrected. Be nice I've tried being an ass it doesn't work as well. Love jc and happy dining. HeHe
