What does teeth grinding while sleeping means?

teeth grinding when asleep

Report as

You need a night mouth guard. I bought mine from Wal-Mart for $30, and it was probably the best $30 I've ever spent. You can mess your teeth, or jaw up if you aren't careful. You could see your dentist and have them make you a special mouth guard. Good luck.

I tried a mouth guard once, but I kept taking it out in my sleep! :)

Honestly, I can't even sleep without mine anymore. I'm so used to it. Maybe you had a crappy one? If you're grinding your teeth, you should certainly try again.
