How many chances do you get to be inducted into the baseball hall of fame?

As of 2010, there is no limit to how many times a player can have the chance at being inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. The rules state that the player must meet eligibility requirements, such as playing for twenty years, and not be apart of the league's in-eligibility list, which can be be for alternative reasons, such as drug use. Additionally, players must be nominated by a Hall of Fame board member.
