Why didn't Harry use the Time Turner to stop Voldemort?

lol

Report as

The Time Turner can only be used with great caution. If used incorrectly, it can cause the entire future to change drastically, and maybe even cause death, or someone's existence to be undone.

Harry Potter and Hermoine used it under Dumbledore's guidance, and only went back a short distance in time. Hermoine only had it so she could take multiple classes, and it was returned to the Ministry of Magic after.

cuz he didn't have it until the prisoner of azkaban movie and then it was only with Hermione.

Because he'd go back too far and get stuck: plus everything would change and I think that everyone warned against that:/

the makers of the movie didn't want to end the harry potter trilogy right away.

That is the answer I was looking for.

Obviously, neither of you have read the books. If you look at my answer, you'll figure out why he wasn't able to. Simply because the time turners were destroyed before he even discovered any of this happened.
Report as
By that, I mean Voldemort and the Horcruxes.
Report as
And, Ninja_jackie_san makes a good point too.
Report as
Well then, that was a pretty stupid move then.
Report as
So... the fact that Voldemort himself could've gotten in there and used those time tuners against Harry and Dumbledore and thus J.K. Rowling having the time turners destroyed was a stupid move? Wow, your argument makes so much sense!
Report as
Firstly, why would you leave such an item ungaurded so someone could walk in and take them, and second, once you find out, use it, and you're done.
Report as
It wasn't left unguarded. The fact was that voldemort would've fought his way in there if he wanted to and regardless of how many times they fought him back they still wouldn't have destroyed him. DUH! And second, well second it's really not that easy considering the fact that he was just getting himself back to power and he had a lot of other things that were on his mind. Again, there's no argument you can make.
Report as
If you HEAR him coming, just get a timeturner and go back. Attach a motor to it, make it go back in time way faster.
Report as
You guys are both wrong. Twilight ftw
Report as
Yeahm Twilight is the best shit ever. Especially that part where egoraptor has change for a 20.
Report as
again, your lack of understanding of the series is blinding you. it's dangerous to go back in time anyway. and the fact was, there was no way they would know if he was coming or not. voldemort would always have secret spies within the ministry. he does have death eaters you know, like Lucius malfoy. yeah, still no argument you can make against it apparently

Do you not know how to recognise a troll?
Report as
You can't troll when you know barely know something about it. That makes no sense. Believe me, if it actually made sense in the case of Harry Potter, it would've been considered a troll. Unfortunately, you don't know anything about it which makes it not a troll but rather more of lack of knowledge. Yeah, don't troll what you don't know about.

Lol, I found this question on the internet as "How to piss of Harry Potter fans."
Report as
of course! I mean, when you ask a stupid question and you don't know anything about it and make it seem like youre trying to argue, then you're gonna pissed off people
Report as
The sense, it was too much for Rowling.
Report as
Yeah, I think originality was too much for Meyer

Actually, if I remember correctly, it said somewhere that the Ministry had destroyed all of them. (Yeah, this is what people get when they WATCH the movies instead of reading the books; you're not gonna know anything.)
