It depends upon the relationship (if) you have with your cousin, suppose your (female) cousin is married to your brother or male cousin to your sister then baby will be your nephew...other wise he/she will be your second cousin. :)

If the person who's just had a baby is your first-cousin, the baby is your first-cousin once removed.
* A first-cousin is a relative who has a set of grandparents in common with you * The relative you have in common with your cousin's new baby will be *your* grandparents but the *baby's* great-grandparents - so you are one generation removed * So, first-cousins once-removed
* A second-cousin is a relative who had a set of *great-grandparents* in common with you
