Can my landlord kick me out in the middle of my lease or at the end of my lease, because he said he wants his daughter to move in

I am sorry to hear that your landlord want to kick you out. Especially with it being a week away from Christmas. Your landlord has to follow the lease agreement that you both signed. I would review it and make sure he follows it. If he has broken the lease you just might be able to take him to small claims court.

If you have a lease then the land lord has to honor that lease. If there were no added agreements stating he could remove you at any time then you are good to stay. Keep up your part of the lease and he will have to wait until the lease expires.

He has to wait for the lease to be over. Stand your ground. Good luck(:

your landlord can not kick you out. even he has to follow the lease. and if he tries to take him/her to court. if the landlord breaks his/her part of the deal they can be held to charges in the court of law. but he has to wait til your lease is up. and it is nonsense to kick you out just because he wants his daughter to move in. GOOD LUCK! :)

If you have a lease, he has to abide by the terms of the lease, just as you do.

Since I don't have the luxury to read the paperwork you signed, I suggest you do, or find someone to read it and explain it to you.

That is the only way you will know what can or can not be done.

Please make sure to read up on your local tenant rights. As they may try to become hostile, and knowing what your rights are will only benefit you.

A lease is a legal document. He cannot kick you out unless you did not pay rent. Make sure you pay with a check and get copies of cancelled checks from your bank.
You should call the local housing authority, they will help, before he tries to evict you.
