How do you deal with mounting stress.

Baby steps. Look at it in small steps. Organize your thoughts: "this is hard, but I can do ____ and ____ now and take a break and do ___ and ____ later or another day" just take little baby steps and be patient with yourself! Good luck! Stressed too, got an exam, animal science project, and two upcoming finals, AND on top of it all, I have a cold that is making me feel extremely fatigued. I just want to get carried to bed aha omg. And it's only eight...

i put a cap on it and wait until i'm at my limit, then i go train at martial arts until all my anger and stress is gone.
