I work out today and now my body is sore at certain spots. Is it ok to put pressure on the spots that hurt or would that make it worse

u should massage it easily, to get most of the lactic acid out (its when your muscles work and then need more oxygen so they undergo lactic acid fermentation in order to recieve the right amount of oxygen) thats why you feel sore, so just massage it a little. hope this helps :)

You can do that but its better too stretch it out or run it off and work the sore out
