Yeah, in our shoes! Haha, but in your case, i'd like to think so. There's this thing called "3 gram theory" (or something, not too sure) that states, when people die, they weigh 3 grams or something less when they die. Very interesting!
As far as I think, I think we do. In my opinion there has to be something other than our organs in our body, because otherwise we would just be animals and not be unique : ) but that is just my opinion: )
Dirtyharris touches on this: 1. Do we have soul? I don't. You might, like the African Americans, but I don't know, if you do or not. 2. Do we each have a soul? Definitely, yes. When each of us is conceived, he or she gets his body, from his or her parents. God puts a soul into his or her body, at conception, to make it come alive; to make it a living thing. 3. In the Book of Genesis, God made Adam's body out of the dust of the ground; then blew into his nostrils the breath of life, giving him a soul; thus Adam became a living being, having both a body and a soul, not just a living soul. This is from the NABRE. Google it. 4. I hope this fully answers your question; and is helpful. If you have questions, please ask them in comments. Thanks! Frank
