I am making soup and used tomatoes with chilies now it is too hot spicy tasting. How do I lightenthe taste?
One way of reducing the chili in food is by adding cubes of boiled potato. This will increase the quality and also the taste. You can also add a small level of lemon juice, or increase the amount of ingredients in your soup.
Simmer it down with a cubed peeled potato or two
a little sugar. i believe a potato takes away only the amount of salt but i could be mistaken
