If you want to move, should you go ahead and spend your money on a house, or apartment?

i have enough money to fully pay off the house ( 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath ) or should i just rent an apartment for when im in college ( one bed one bath ) if i buy the house im planning on staying in it for a while.

Well when you buy a house, you are making a huge investment. You will get back your money if you sell one day. If you rent, the money goes out the window.You have nothing to show when you move out. Know what I mean?
A house is a big responsibility..You have to upkeep it, mow the lawn, shovel the snow etc. If you rent , you might not have to do that stuff so it is your choice.

I'm in agreement buying a house is a whole lot better! When you rent your Neibors are never there very long and things left out side get trashed! So you buy for stability people always seem to be more friendly and maybe one day your house will be paid off its your Home! Thank you
